Please read the following rules in full before opening an account or using any service on the jw7 platform. These terms define the relationship between the platform and the user.
1 General Provisions
These terms and conditions govern the use of the jw7 platform and all its services. By visiting the jw7 website, registering an account, or using any service, the user is considered to have automatically accepted these terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
Users must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use any service on jw7. jw7 reserves the right to verify age and may ask users to submit valid identification if required.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Only one account is permitted per individual, household, or device. If evidence of multiple accounts is found, all associated accounts will be suspended or closed and any earned bonuses will be cancelled.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details — must be accurate and up to date. Providing false information may result in account closure.
2.4 Account Security
It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details secure. Passwords must not be shared with anyone. If unauthorized access to an account is suspected, the jw7 support team must be contacted immediately.
3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
jw7 provides easy deposit and withdrawal options through commonly used payment methods in Bangladesh. Supported methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).
3.1 Minimum Limits
- Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method)
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳800
3.2 Withdrawal Processing
Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, additional time may be required in cases where identity verification is needed.
3.3 Account Verification
Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed. jw7 may request a scanned copy of a national ID card or passport. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
3.4 Source of Funds
Users must confirm that they are depositing from their own lawfully earned funds. Depositing money from illegal sources is strictly prohibited and, if proven, the account will be closed immediately.
4 Bonus and Promotion Terms
jw7 offers various bonuses and promotions, each with specific conditions. It is important to understand the relevant wagering requirements before claiming a bonus.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before it can be withdrawn. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a balance of ৳3,000; to withdraw this bonus, ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 in wagers must be completed.
4.2 General Bonus Rules
- After claiming a bonus, a new bonus may not apply until the wagering requirements of the previous bonus have been met.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only the applicable portion becomes withdrawable after the specified wagering requirements are met.
- Promotional offers are active for a set period of time and are subject to change.
- If the terms of any promotion are breached, jw7 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
5 Gaming and Betting Rules
All games and betting services available on jw7 are governed by specific rules. The rules for each game are detailed on the game page.
5.1 Technical Issues
If a technical fault occurs during a game session, jw7 may declare that round void. In such situations, the staked amount is generally returned to the user's account.
5.2 Misconduct Prohibited
Using bots, exploiting system vulnerabilities, or employing dishonest methods against other users is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately.
5.3 Finality of Results
Once the result of a game or event is confirmed, it cannot be changed. However, if evidence of a technical fault is found, the outcome may be reviewed.
6 VIP Program and Cashback
The jw7 VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier, calculated at a set rate on that week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings).
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
Example: if a Silver member's net loss in a week is ৳20,000, then ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback applies. Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on the volume and consistency of play.
After cashback is credited to the account, the specified wagering requirements must be met. If misuse of cashback funds is detected, jw7 reserves the right to cancel it.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jw7 platform:
- Claiming bonuses or promotions through fraudulent means.
- Transferring, selling, or renting an account to a third party.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
- Harassing or disrespecting other users.
- Opening an account under a false identity or in someone else's name.
Violating these prohibitions will result in account closure, possible forfeiture of deposited funds, and legal action where necessary.
8 Privacy and Data Protection

jw7 makes every effort to provide its services, but does not accept liability for service disruption caused by technical issues, third-party service interruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Game results are entirely dependent on Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. jw7 does not guarantee any specific winnings and there is always a risk of financial loss in gaming.
12 Dispute Resolution
If a dispute or complaint arises, it must first be raised with the jw7 customer service team. Complaints can be submitted via live chat or email, and the team provides support in both Bengali and English.
The support team will review the complaint and attempt to provide a resolution as quickly as possible. If both parties cannot reach a resolution through discussion, the established legal process will be followed.
